Bound & Determined Part 2

A Made Up Mind

Good Evening, Everyone! We are back for Part 2 of yesterday’s post!

I finished up yesterday talking about how I was Bound and Determined in my youth and now I want to focus on some of my adult years. I could stretch this out to be a book, maybe someday, but now I just want to exhort everyone to put your past behind you and get Bound and Determined to draw closer to Jesus!

When I was younger, I went to Church a lot and went to the altar many times. I believe I always loved Jesus but He never really had my heart. I walked away from Him in my teen years and stayed away for a long time. I didn’t want to be a “hypocrite” like the people I saw who said they were Christians, so I decided not to even try to live right. When I turned 40, several terrible things happened to me and I started crying out to God. After a couple of years of going through more bad things, I finally surrendered to the Lord! I had enough of what the enemy was handing me because I knew he was trying to steal kill and destroy me. I got Bound and Determined and got a Made up Mind to turn my life over to God! And you know what? He was right where I had left Him! I asked Jesus to forgive me of my sins and I also asked Him to help me be who He wanted me to be. Praise God, I am here now to tell you that for the last 27 years my life has been amazing! Just like His Love! Now, I didn’t say that my life has been perfect but it has been worth living! I came to the Truth! His Name Is Jesus! I came to the Light! His Name Is Jesus! I came to the Only Way to Eternal Life! His Name Is Jesus! He has given me the abundant life that He promised! The choice was mine all along! All I had to do was get a Made Up Mind and get Bound and Determined to live for Him! He has helped me overcome so much and as I continue with this blog, I may share some bits and pieces or if you have questions please feel free to contact us and we will be glad to talk with you.

Again, I want to encourage you to make up your mind on who you want to serve but as Joshua says in chapter 24:15 “And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

Get Bound and Determined to live a true Born Again life and see how much better your life will become! You, too, can live a Blest Life if you let Jesus take control! You will be glad you did!

We love you all and will be back soon!
