We will start with one of our favorite witings and we hope you will visit our site for more!

The picture we have posted was taken on a Sunday morning on our way down to Church. The first picture I took with the window up, had too much flash which hid the Moon. I rolled the window down as Irvin was driving and snapped this and it speaks a thousand words. I will write a few of those words which have been laid on my heart! The picture may look like “darkness is winning” but we, who are truly born again believers, know that is not true. As born- again believers in Christ, we know that He is living in us. Each one of us has a responsibility to Him to be the “light” in this dark world! As Irvin says so many times, “You may be the only Jesus someone sees and you may be the only Bible that someone reads”! If Jesus is really living in you then He will shine through you! Just like the moon in this picture! You will be seen for who you really are and who you are really living for! I guarantee you that even as dark as the world is today, the Light of Christ is shining brighter because there are more Christians who have truly decided to follow Jesus without looking back. They have humbled themselves, started praying and seeking God’s Face, repented and turned from their wicked ways, and now His Will can be done! His Will Is to see that all people have an opportunity for the Salvation which only comes through Jesus Christ! John 1:1-5 says 

1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. And 1 John 1:5-9 says 1:5 This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. 6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. 7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. 8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Folks, this is the perfect time to search your hearts, to seek God for anything in your life that you need to surrender to Him! He came to give you the best “Gift” possible and the best gift that you can give to Him is yourself to serve Him! Be the Light in the Darkness that He has called you to be!
